What is PIKI GO and how does it work?
PIKI GO is a Smart Spelling kit: kids build words using physical flashcards, and our mobile app recognizes the word with the camera and responds with animations, sounds and on-screen interactions. No AR glasses required.
Do I need special glasses or devices?
No. You only need a smartphone or tablet with a camera (iOS or Android) and the PIKI GO flashcards.
What age group is it for?
Recommended for children aged 4–10. Younger kids can play with guidance.
Which languages are supported?
The flashcards use English letters; the app experience focuses on English spelling first. More language options will be added in future updates.
What’s included in the box?
52 smart flashcards (A–Z letters and helper cards), quick start guide, and access to the PIKI GO app.
Where can I download the app?
From the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Search for “PIKI GO”.
What devices are compatible?
Most iOS and Android phones/tablets released in the last 4–5 years with a working camera.
Do I need internet to play?
The app requires internet for first-time setup and updates. Core gameplay can work offline after that.
Is it safe for my child’s data and camera?
Yes. Camera access is used only to detect cards locally. We don’t store photos of your child. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
The app doesn’t detect cards. What should I do?
Ensure good lighting, keep cards flat on a contrasting surface, hold the camera 15–25 cm above, and clean the lens. Update the app to the latest version.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship globally, including Egypt and GCC countries. Shipping times and costs appear at checkout based on your location.
What payment methods are available?
We support major cards and local options. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in selected regions.

Is there a subscription?
No subscription is required to play the core experience. Future premium packs may be optional.

Is there a warranty for the cards?
Cards are durable and water-resistant. If you receive a defective set, we’ll replace it according to our warranty policy.
